# Building a trilingual recruitment agency website for Explorem > How the Explorem website guides Moroccan nurses and German employers through recruitment, training and relocation, in English, Arabic and German. Explorem was founded in 2021 by its two managing directors, [Abdessamad Aboul Ossoud and Dr. Gracila V. Ucag](https://explorem.net/en/about). The agency covers the whole path from a nursing school in Morocco to a hospital job in Germany. On its own site it reports presenting the programme to more than 2,000 student nurses and graduates, and more than 800 of them signing contracts with the programme.
