A clinic website where patients request an appointment without calling

Clinique Chifa Tasnime is a private clinic in Marrakech, and this is its French-language website. I developed it so patients can find a page for the specialty they need, read answers to the usual questions, and send an appointment request online instead of phoning.

Developed at the Trafic Genius agency, where I was full-stack developer (2024–2025).

The client

Clinique Chifa Tasnime is a private clinic in the centre of Marrakech. Its emergency and intensive care services run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and its specialties range from surgery, cardiology, pulmonology, orthopaedics and imaging to interventional cardiology with open-heart surgery. On site it has operating theatres, hospital rooms, a laboratory and medical imaging.

What they needed

Patients look for a clinic on Google, often on their phone, with one precise need: a cardiologist, a scan, an emergency at night. A single 'our services' page can't answer each of those searches, so every specialty needed a page of its own.

Many of the calls a clinic gets are the same few questions: opening hours, emergencies, insurance. The site had to answer them first, and let a patient ask for an appointment with a short form instead of a phone call.

What I built

  • A page per specialty

Seven pages: surgery; cardiology and rhythmology; pulmonology; traumatology and orthopaedics; radiology and imaging; emergencies and intensive care; and interventional cardiology with cardiovascular surgery. Each one says what the clinic treats and which exams it offers.

  • Online appointment requests

A short form: full name, email, phone, the service, the preferred date and a comment. The clinic gets back to the patient to confirm, and the 'Prendre rendez-vous' button sits in the menu of every page.

  • Nothing medical in the form

It asks for what the front desk needs to call the patient back, and no more: no test results or prescriptions are sent through the site.

  • An FAQ page

Booking an appointment, 24/7 emergencies, insurance and mutuelles, visiting hours, what the rooms have, and payment methods: the answers are online before a patient picks up the phone.

  • Contact and directions

The address, a Google map, and a phone number patients can tap to call from their mobile.

  • Set up for search

Built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Each page has its own title, description and canonical link, and its text is in the HTML that Google reads.

What it lets them do

Patients can request an appointment online instead of calling, and each specialty has its own page to be found in search.

Patients now find a page for each specialty, the answers to common questions, and the appointment form one click away from every page. The clinic receives the name, phone, service and preferred date, then calls back to confirm. With one page per specialty, each one can answer its own Google search.
